I quit going to this Dunkin' some time ago when I ordered a coffee with half and half and they asked me what half & half was. I didn't bother to finish my order, just pulled out of the drive-thru. I have recently been back a couple of times this week and each experience was subpar at best. Can never get what we order right the first time. It's coming to you in plain text, it's not that hard to grab the right flavor donut and grab the right drink and put it in the bag. Our delivery shows up and half of it ends up in the trash cause apparently the staff can't read.
