Waited 15 minutes inside while everyone else got served because they not only forgot my doughnuts but continued other orders after I brought it to their attention.
The most rude people I’ve ever encountered at a Dunkin. Nothing like going through the drive through window first thing in the morning, only to deal with someone with the personality of a tree. No good morning, no thank you. It’s like you are interrupting something. I’m done with this place. I’m referring to the one on Nappanee
Rana and dine there very friendly and excellent service I never seen before
Every time i go in there, their chai is inconsistent. Most times it just tastes like milk. “you need to add flavor to it,” is what i always get told. if i just want to taste the chai why do i “have to” add flavor. i don’t like my chais tasting like just milk.
UPDATE [2/4/2026] - This Dunkin has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I now drop in a few times a week, and the staff are friendly and the drinks are consistently good. I enjoy coming in here and saying hi and recognizing consistent faces. I'm happy they seem to have turned things around and hope that their progress is maintained/continued. I quit going to this Dunkin' some time ago when I ordered a coffee with half and half and they asked me what half & half was.
