First i always go in. 6 employees and no one in drive thru and I had no one attend to me. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my order . Then , they don’t have what I wanted . Take it off the menu. This is not the first time . I was told it would be on the truck . I go again. The following week. Still no Bagels. I’m done! Never going back. Waste of my time. Just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Dutch Brothers.
I have a MILK ALLERGY and every single time I get a iced latte they always give me Normal milk instead of oatmilk or almond milk, I always order on the app too, it’s ridiculous I have suffered the consequences 3 times now, I love dunkin but this location needs to take allergies seriously. I always have to double check if It has lactose with my lactose strips to make sure . Please train your staff to take milk allergies seriously because this can easily become a lawsuit
