I ordered an iced hazelnut protein latte. The girl on the window says they are out of protein milk. I say no problem, can I get a regular iced hazelnut latte. I drove 30 minutes to work to realize there is no hazelnut in my latte . I called to see if they will correct my order but the phone number listed just goes to a generic voicemail. I left a message… let’s see if I get a response.

Placed an order 8/1/26 @4:25pm and the girl (blonde) at the window was the sweetest!! Great customer service is rare and wanted to thank you and the coffee was delicious!!

First time at this location and it was all messed up. The cashiers voice was so low couldn’t hear him or maybe it was the music blasting in there idk. Ordered a large shaken peanut butter espresso 5 donuts and 2 small vanilla bean drinks. Instead got a medium shaken espresso and 6 donuts with one being a vanilla donut. When I let them know my whole order was wrong a young lady did help me to fix it and she did give me a discount. I’ve gone here nearly everyday for over 1.5 year. Every single time my coffee is exactly how it is, food always great, and the staff has been nothing but friendly even remembering my orders just from the drive through window
