Terrible service! Whoever was running the drive thru window on 5/23/26 really needs a lesson on customer service. Support your local coffee shops instead of Dunkin’ Donuts.
We drive 25min out of the way past 3 others. Should say a bit haha.
The person serving us seemed to be having a bad day, because she seemed a little "off". Nonetheless, we did get our order and the products were typical DD. The decaf coffee was fresh and hot. The place was empty and clean with a couple other patrons coning in & out while we were there, but the drive through was hopping.
I went through the drive thru. The lady had an audible attitude; no greeting just straight to the order. On top of that the food was not good. The hashbrowns tasted like old oil, the croissant was also old and flat. it was just a bad experience over all
