I'm a frequent customer, and every customer feels good when they arrive at a store, are greeted warmly, and receive good customer service. Unfortunately, today, March 7, 2026, at 10:45 AM, we went in just for a soda and a smoothie. The man serving us was very rude and made us feel bad. We asked him what time it was closing, and he ignored our question. We asked again, and he gave us the same answer. He finally told us it was closing at 11:40 AM, or midnight. We should be nicer to people if we want to have more customers.

I had a great experience at Dunkin’. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I tried the Caramel Craze Latte, and it was so good—definitely the best. I will be coming back again!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have a caffeine intolerance and I ordered decaf as I normally do and the employee taking my order rang up my order incorrectly and I asked two times if she put decaf in the system for my order and she said yes. I got my coffee from the pickup window and it was original…not decaf. I asked politely for them to double check and to remake it for me (since I have an intolerance and made that clear) and it was a fight.
