I need to stop going to Dunkin. As always, I ordered no cheese on my sandwich, and they still put cheese on it. This happens every. single. time.
Pure incompetence. Train your people! And as the manager when you come out to handle the situation, you should execute with a higher level of professionalism. This sets the example for your associates.

I do not know how this place has so many stars. Poor customer service beyond disbelief. The owners know this. I am sure. No need to repeat what others are saying. 1 cup of coffee = 10 mins with a stinking attitude
