Used to be a great place. Now has below par staff. Particularly a short white lady that wears glasses that worked on Saturday 8th August. She’s very rude and disrespectful to customers. Told me not to return to the store cos I asked her to stir coffee she made with Mocha shots settled on bottom of the cup. Very nasty lady with sharp mouth always.
Unfortunately, I can't leave 0 stars. Judging from the other reviews it seems that the only skills that you need to work here are a bad attitude and shitty customer service.
They don’t tell you that the inside closes at a certain hour. The guy was taking the trash out to the dumpster and could’ve told me that before I got out of my car in the rain. They’re just distasteful at this Dunkin’ Donuts.
