They don’t tell you that the inside closes at a certain hour. The guy was taking the trash out to the dumpster and could’ve told me that before I got out of my car in the rain. They’re just distasteful at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

This is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I've ever been to this morning has been nothing but horrible. I walk in there and the first thing I hear is Kiosk you gotta use the kiosk instead of a good morning. The reason why they wanted me to use the kiosk is because the morning team lead is too lazy to open up the register and then she tells the other girl just take him through the drive-through. the afternoon manager is unprofessional and nasty , my order was made incorrectly, i was told i can come in and get my order made over , and that’s what i exactly did and instead i called a liar
ok i usually dont like to do bad reviews bc i literally used to work at dunkin but the last cpl times ivewent here my order was wrong. & they didn’t spread my cream cheese either like at all i had to wait until i had access to a butter knife to spread it at home because it was kinda just blobbed on there 🥲… and my chai’s didn’t have less ice or the vanilla that i requested at the counter, it wasn’t on my ticket so whoever was cashier (5/2/26 at around 11am) most likely just didn’t put it down at all for the other girl to ma... read more
