Review: I visited Dunkin’ in Sterling last night with a friend and had a disappointing experience at the end of our visit. We ordered and paid for hot coffee and hot tea. However, after payment, we were given coldcoffee and cold water tea instead, without any explanation or confirmation. This was not what we ordered. On top of that, we were suddenly told the store would be closing in about 5 minutes, which created unnecessary pressure. First i walk in place is clean tool them 2 minutes to come take out order, mind you theres nobody here, i orderd and they got my order wrong 3 times which was unacceptable and they took over 15 minutes to get my friends drink which they were not sure was right or not 😡, this was unacceptable i will not be coming back. I order trough DoorDash at this location and my order is completely messed up i order donuts they send me muffins, my sandwich was missing one piece of bread?? Yes I just received one piece of bread with bacon and cheese is that even a sandwich? This ruin my whole morning.
