HORRIBLE experience 7/15/25 at around 3:30pm. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual mocha iced coffee. (reg cream, extra liquid sugar) It was not made accurate, so I went in to have it fixed. There was a younger, slender brunette working behind the counter who was EXTREMELY rude to me, and yanked my coffee out of my hand to remake it. Normally things are okay when I stop here but this morning was frustrating. I understand things are busy and accidents happen, but yeesh. I was waiting for my drink order and one of the staff spilled it, whoops but ok. No big deal really, except that instead of remaking it they slapped my order receipt on someone else's coffee to pass it off to me. Yall need to step up your game making coffee, or get retrained. I’m paying for my coffee to be made how it should be made….i feel like yall are putting whatever in it and not what the sticker says. what’s the point of having what you order on the screen!
