I Don’t know what’s going on lately but they’ve been taking absolutely FOREVER for orders, and everything is either burned or made wrong..Waiting over a half hour for a mobile order is so irritating.. I can’t cancel the order at that point and I don’t want to walk away and waste my money either , so we literally get stuck having to wait … they need to figure something out and close when there isn’t enough staff because 1 person handling it all is absurd. We have a client in this area so we stop in once a week They can’t seem to get an iced caramel craze Correct. This is why robots need to take these jobs because you hire humans and they can never get the order right all you have to do is press buttons very simple
No idea why they can't make a coffee correctly but got one through the drive thru thought they just gave me the wrong one but went in to get it remade and it was still just as bad
All zeros. Too expensive. You can get the same thing or better elsewhere
I've ordered breakfast from this Dunkin' several times, and MOST of the time the food has been burnt, especially the everything bagel minis. I'm very frustrated because I don't want to leave the house, I pay for my food and delivery, only to not be able to enjoy a peaceful breakfast with my family. I won't be buying from this Dunkin' anymore!!! This was one of the bagel, but there have been worse ones!!!!
