Thru the roof prices on Ice Coffee .. Without the ice, you basically get a half cup of coffee .. The napkins are like using sandpaper... If your going to pass the price down to your customers, atleast keep the same product instead of using cheaper crap.
We went to the drive through as usual, the gal at the window was very pleasant and got our order together and to us keeping us updated on timing. Quite professional. A very pleasant drive through pickup.
place used to be good where drive thru order was always done right. lately, I have repeatedly had things missing from my order - notably the donuts, which I find ironic since they are called "Dunkin' Donuts." The capper was today, when I got to work and found my Iced Coffee had absolutely no sweetener in it. Called and spoke to the manager, who was not apologetic in tone, who stated that she couldn't refund my card - that I would have to come back to the store.
