It is EXTREMELY HOT in there, and have heard from friends it has been like that for the past few months now! and no AC is turned on, how come?! It will drive business away. I personally will not be going back.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I after multiple bad visits at Dunkin in Cornerside boulevard I have to. I go to the dunkin there almost everyday at almost the same time everyday. I usually get the same coffee everyday with the same amount of cream and syrup. Every single time it tastes different, and not in a good way. One time I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with four cream and four caramel syrup, and it was very dark. Disappointed. Expresso machine down? No frozen coffee. Left empty handed.
No effort at this store, no customer service, not one word said to the people in line for almost 10minutes. I was at the register when they walked away to work on mobile orders. So after 10 minutes I just ordered online as well and got it earlier than I would've waiting for the bare minimum service. No "we'll be right with you, just a few minutes," etc. food was fine but sloppily made. Donuts slim to none and low quality when I came in. Tasted good but service could be much better
