I've been irritated with Dunkin for not having the pumpkin muffin this year but I came for a coffee and sour cream donut and it was on point. One of the best donuts I've had in years.
Great Dunkin’ location, clean, quick, and well-run. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which makes all the difference during a morning rush. You can tell it’s a family operation: everyone works together efficiently and treats customers with care. My order was right, the coffee was fresh, and the service felt personal. Definitely one of the better Dunkins I’ve visited.
Called the store today to ask what the managers name was and the guy that answer asked " whats the problem" with an attitude and when i said there's wasn't any problem just need to get in contact with the stores manager he hung up the phone on me. Employees are very rude at this location. What Kind of person just hangs up on their customers?? He should be fired who ever was working today. Ill be letting everyone knownot to come here.
