After my DoorDash order was missing the Munchkins because the store was out of stock, they gave me a handwritten note and told me to come back the next day. I showed up with that note and, instead of honoring it, they acted like I was lying. They even made me take a picture of the very paper they wrote, questioned me, and then had the nerve to try charging me for the same Munchkins I was supposed to be getting. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Was not greeted when entering establishment. Just Blank stares . Felt very uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer. No time of customer service.
BEST dunkin I had ever went to they take a short time to prepare things. The staff are so kind and it is in a perfect location 2 min away from my workplace and ny childrens school
Staff is always friendly and order is always timely and correct. My favorite Dunkin!
