Service here has been inconsistent and, truthfully, on a decline. When items are forgotten, there’s rarely an apology, even when you have to go back to retrieve them, which is especially frustrating through the drive-thru. Drinks are made differently almost every visit, toppings or add-ons are often missing (even when they’re supposed to come by default), and orders don’t always match what was placed. 가끔 단체 모임을 했었는데 종업원들이 불친절하고 리워즈 포인트로 오더를 넣었는데 들어옴 오더가 없다고 무시함 포인트는 다 빠져 나가고 그러려면 뭐하어 리워즈 시스템이 있는건지 모르겠슴
