Estuve durante minutos esperando ser atendida, habíamos 3 personas en el lugar esperando para que nos atendieran y lo que ella nos respondió fue que estaba ocupada y no iba a atendernos. Y ocupada no estaba por qué lo que estaba haciendo era hablar por teléfono con amigas. Deberían prohibir hablar por teléfono mientras trabajan. Cambien de personal por qué pierden ventas. Eso pasó hoy 13 de agosto alrededor de la 1:50 a 2:10pm. No volveré a un lugar con una mala atención tan pésima y horrible.

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I went through the drive-thru today and the person at the window had a very poor attitude. I forgot to order a coffee and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to go all the way back around and order it again through the speaker. I explained it was just a coffee, but they still insisted I go to the back of the line. I found it very inconsiderate, especially for something so simple.
