One of the nice dunkins I have been through. Clean, specious and yummy as usual
No shortage on poppy seeds at this location. Stay away if you have to take drug screens.
Normally I enjoy Dunkin's. This particular location however? It's problem is the employee's. Seems as though they intentionally get my order wrong? Order chocolate glazed donuts. (Grandkids visiting) They give me chocolate cake donuts instead? Another occasion I order 12 plain glazed, & 6 blue berries. Unfortunately when I get home? I have 12 plain cake donuts and thats all? The wrong type of donuts and a third fewer donuts than ordered?
Disappointing customer service at the window today. The employee was unwelcoming, didn't greet us, and seemed irritated to take care of our order. Quality service is just as important as the food, so hopefully management can address this."
