Today, we visited this Dunkin’ Donuts. The place looked dirty, and although the three employees working there were doing the best they could and had a great attitude, it was clear they weren’t properly trained. There was no manager on site to guide them, and they seemed pretty much left to fend for themselves. My recommendation to the manager or owner is to take action, invest time in training the staff, and improve the overall cleanliness of the location. It definitely needs some attention.
This location has gradually gotten worse. They have run out of donuts on numerous occasions and today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a side of bacon. The bagel barely had cream cheese on it and I got 3 little pieces of bacon. The donuts are so expensive now and are not the same quality. I will not be coming back again.
It's a Dunkin. Staff was super friendly and the donuts fresh. Cannot ask for more than that.
Went to this location this morning, at 643am the one tht rung me up, 48105 Yuly, was very very very Nasty, very very Nasty attitude, she does not know how to talk to customers
