They are very rude at this Dunkin and they never get the order correct, seriously how do you mess up every time on a mobile order ,you literally have to read the directions of the drink and whatever food you get , let’s say if you get a coffee with cream and a wake up wrap and two donuts , you get to the window and they give you the coffee and wake up wrap but they forget the donuts and when you tell them they give you an attitude and when you go to drink the coffee it’s a black coffee they forgot the cream or if you get a i... read more
I don’t usually write bad reviews as i myself work in the food industry and know it can be difficult at times but everytime i come to this location i have a terrible experience. For some reason they can never get my order right and i genuinely just think its an issue of not wanting to work. Today I went for a simple plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, not only did i not get the veggie cream cheese but they literally just put a slither of cream cheese on it, no joke there was like half a teaspoon on cream cheese on it.
