The service was absolutely horrible. Line was long in the drive thru so we went inside. Should’ve stayed in the drive thru. Took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge we were at the counter ready to order. Then when they did, the girl barely talked to us. And apparently did not listen at all. Got my coffee, complete wrong (which took them an additional 5 minutes to remake), I had also gotten a chai which after leaving and trying it was just straight milk. You guys owe me a Donut. I only had 8 dollars in cash, but my total was $10.71; I paid the rest in quarters with 2 dimes and a nickel. It took them 5 minutes to count 2 dollars and 51 cents in change. I then realized that I owed them a quarter. Worried about I don't know what they handed me my drinks. However I didn't get the donut I paid for that was for my daughter. Also my iced coffee wasn't filled all the way.
