After ordering and paying for a donut, I was asked to pay $1 for tap water.
Consistently prompt and cordial service. Plus, they have a Baskin-Robbins, which is always a plus. While the coffee beverages are tasty, you can't pass up the ice cream!
We just moved into the area and took the family for an ice cream on a summer evening, but we were refused service. We walked in the open door about 8 minutes before closing — plenty of time to order a few easy scoops of ice cream — but were told they were closed. Disappointing to find our neighborhood Dunkin, somewhere we would have likely frequented multiple times a week, so unwelcoming and unwilling to serve customers during business hours.
