I stopped by around 3:30 in the afternoon (Thursday September 25th, 2025) to pick up a mobile order from drive through. There was nobody in line and the place was completely dead, so I went ahead and pulled forward to the window rather than stopping at the speaker. (again, my order was already placed/completed, it was a mobile order). I'm so glad they were doing interviews because nobody on current staff knows what they're doing. Delivery driver waiting 10 minutes watching multiple people order and get their food before an employee tells me they can't complete My order because they are out of something. I'm sorry but I don't get paid by the hour like you guys. And that 10 minutes could have been spent trying to get ahold of the customer to tell them something that you can't provide.
Had the worst experience today at this location. I had enough points for a free espresso drink of my choice so I ordered a cereal milk latte and scanned my app at the window. This “manager” comes over to the window trying to tell me that the reward is for an “extra shot or espresso” in a drink. A 900 point reward for a $2 shot of espresso?? I told her that was wrong and that I’ve gotten a free latte of my choice multiple times with that reward. Somehow it magically works now and I get my free drink. Drinks were made incorrectly. As I was walking in to ask them to be re-made one of the staff could be heard loudly saying that I was coming in to complain. I proceeded to point out that the lattes were extremely milky and didn't taste right and she was defensive and said that's how they are supposed to be. The thing is though, as I was sitting in the drive through I could see one worker making the drinks, look at them, make a weird face, look at the rude worker who shrugged "oh well" and served them anyway. They gave me undercooked food. I have multiple videos and refused to answer the phone. I am still calling and have been calling off and on for the past six hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I am going to attempt to go up there tomorrow and I should be getting my food made, and at least cooked all the way through
