This place is horrible first the drive through can barley be heard I’ve gotten coffee here that’s tastes old same with the stale doughnuts they provide I went today because I was in the area I put my order and I asked for the 6 dollar meal deal with a plain croissant and an employee named Wilber a Hispanic male said I couldn’t have it plain when even on the app you can get it plain but he just wanted to have a little power trip I guess what a joke of an employee just go to any other dunkin.
I don’t know if they were understaffed or what but they never came onto the speaker on the drive-through. The car line was super long and nobody knew what to do. And then when you drove up to the window, they never acknowledged you or took an order. I just eventually drove away.
My order is messed up every time, usually unless it’s just one item, but even then it’s still sometimes wrong. This is the worst dunkin. The people are generally very nice though.
Great staff so friendly and they make ice lattes good! I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s and I have to say this is my best experience.
