Got an iced coffee for my daughter and an iced drink for myself that wasn't coffee. Both were excellent. Service was superb.
I don't know who is the female that works the morning shift but her customer service is terrible! Rather try and go back and forth with the customer. Try to hear them out and resolve the problem without an attitude!
