This place sucks! They would not even heat my donuts I bought from them. The girl said it's against policy. So it's against policy for me to have hot donuts! I will never go back. There is a Shipleys right down the street and they don't have any problem giving me hot donuts and neither does Kolache Factory!
I order an iced Americano with two shots of vanilla 2 days ago. It was delicious and perfectly made. I ordered it again today and it tasted like dish water. I had two other people taste it to make sure. I thought it was just a one off so instead of asking them to remake it, I just ordered another one. I can taste the coffee, and it's a completely different taste but equally disgusting. Made 3 minutes apart. So now I'm out $8 and no drinkable coffee. So disappointed and this happens all the time.
Bought some Donut holes, around 6AM, they gave me old donut holes from yesterday. Not fresh. Disgusting.
Everything was amazing staff was very nice
I went there at nine o'clock on sunday morning. I'm bought donuts. The donuts was hardest rock, like a week old. The powdered sugar on some of the donuts, was crystallized from being so old.
