It’s really inconvenient that online orders aren’t ever on. Also, Not sure when they switched the workers out but they need to get new ones that work efficiently… everyday there’s two people on the register taking the same order from one customer. They have one guy working in the back and he’s so slow at making things out of order. One should be helping get food ready not yapping in the front. I come to this dunkin all the time. Amber usually helps me. She is super nice and professional. It gets pretty busy, but they always handle it well. This is my go to spot. Highly recommend!
