3-4 months ago this place was fairly quick. Since then…no exaggeration it is 15+ minutes for black coffee. My worst trip was placing a drive thru order for black coffee and I sat at the window for 15 minutes. I watched the guy make 8 or so drinks and just kept putting them on the counter and then finally he came over. Bringing all 8 drinks to the counter…got a nice cold cup of coffee”hot coffee”. This Dunkin is easily the slowest most inefficient Dunkin in the area both inside and drive thru. The people are nice but they need to figure out how to function in this capacity or get more staff. It should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee.
