I wanted to give them 5 stars but recently their coffee just isn’t consistent. We were going there everyday but the coffee often is watered down or has coffee grounds in it. I think the filter comes down when they brew the coffee so they need some QA in there. So we are going to a different location that’s further away :( @mgmt if you fix the issue, please let me know, we want to come back! On the positive, they are super fast at this location! Orders are ready so quick.
This place shit the bed again. I called three times no answer. Gave me stale bagels that were hard as a rock. Used 900 points and still charged after deducting my points. Cashier tried to hide the receipt after telling the manager it still charged me. I won't be back!
Horrible. Poorly ran food taste old.
