This dunkin used to be my favorite but lately everytime I go in there iced coffee is brewed wrong and extremely bitter. Like can’t even drink it bitter. I don’t know if they’re just using old coffee or brewing it incorrectly (pouring hot coffee or espresso directly over ice will make it bitter like this) but it’s awful. I think I’ll just start going somewhere else instead because voicing that the drink is gross to them has not changed anything.
This place used to be great and the customer service was always good however the last few times I've gone in the coffee was brewed wrong and was nasty and bitter. Tried to get them to remake it this time and let them know that it was brewed wrong but they didn't care and made me a drink that was somehow worse than before. Until they can make their coffee right I won't be back. No one wants bitter coffee.
