Normally good. This morning 6/11/2026 around 7am got a chunk of frozen unspread cream cheese on plane bagel. Thanks bud. Tried to call to have you fix it but now here's a review.
There’s a women in there I’m assuming the manager. Extremely rude and hostile to her workers. I understand that work can get overwhelming but, it should never be that serious to where you’re making an environment like that. And if you’re actually reading this. Get her outta there. For her sake, the other employees and customers.
This is frustrating. I didn’t realize until I got home when I had ordered a large iced *only caramel* shaken espresso with no other modifications, other than add whipped cream. I received an iced caramel chocolate espresso with oat milk. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the hashbrowns I ordered. I am super unsatisfied with this store. I come here all the time and have never had issues like this before.
