Was not open at 0500 as advertised. If the manager is not going to adhere to franchise policies, then they need to at least post a sign on the door and drive thru, and online stating they operate at different hours of operation. Absolutely unacceptable.
This is one of the best Dunkin's I've been to. Their morning weekday staff is very kind and has great customer service along with their weekend staff too. Also their donuts have been soft every time I have ordered them not stale, but fresh! And if there is a mistake which we are all humans so that tends to happen they are quick and willing to fix it!
Matcha lattes get barely any matcha. It seems a small matcha gets the same portion as the large.
It was okay for a fast breakfast. Coffee very sugary.
Harry, James and Jen worked hard and had the best customer service. Give them a raise! We will stop at this location when we come through Colorado Springs again. Thanks guys you were awesome!!!
