My favorite duncan location. Always makes my shaken espresso the way I like it.
I come to this location at least once every single day, and most days, I will stop at another dunkin while in my travels for work. Most mornings the girls at the window are amazing, sweet, polite, and beyond friendly, but every once in a while they let Deb get in the window and it is by far the worst customer service experience! Servers rude. I say thank you no reply by both employees. They seemed like I was annoying them! Won't go back here
The staff is super attentive and very friendly. I saw how they interacted with me and the other customers and it was so wonderful to see. 5 stars all the way. I'm waiting for my food and I just had to write this before I even got my order.
