Very rude opening staff, she’s late every day and slams the window every time even with good tips
I’m beyond appalled by my recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. To call their service frustrating would be an understatement—it's honestly a disgrace. My boyfriend placed an order for me through the app, through the drive thru only to show up and be told they couldn’t find it. The guy taking orders over the speaker is great, friendly and enthusiastic. I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. I have yet to have a successful Dunkin experience here otherwise. They are regularly out of specific donuts and munchkins but will still accept and charge you on door dash, then send it out with just a drink! On a different occasion, they accepted a door dash order, then had the delivery person call ME to cancel because "they're out of donuts" - please note, if the customer is the one who cancels, the ... read more
