There was mold in my straw. I told the cashier at the window the next time I went there that the straw had mold in it. She then told me that the straws just come like that and just look dirty and that there was no mold. She even opened up a straw to show me but quickly threw it away before I could even see it. I first ordered on Tuesday and got a moldy straw. Ordered again yesterday around 9am , brought my own straw this time. Not really happy with the dismissal of a valid concern.
I liked this Dunkin Donuts shop. Staff was friendly and they had what I wanted. Everything was in my takeout order including napkins!
