The customer service here is horrible. From the moment I received my food, it was clear there was no care taken at all. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was a mess the cheese was melted onto the paper bag instead of inside the sandwich, and the ingredients weren’t even assembled properly. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ today on Thanksgiving. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and the front door was already locked. I noticed they were still serving people in the drive-thru, so I quickly went there.
