I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ today on Thanksgiving. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and the front door was already locked. I noticed they were still serving people in the drive-thru, so I quickly went there. So many employees here at one time but all doing nothing at the same time. Slow service and poor attitude. To make things even worse look at the picture!!!!!!!! The MANAGER wiping and cleaning A/C vents (dust) over the open food and drinks!!!!! I watched as one employee used a duster on the vent and witnessed dust actually fall and spread over the open display of donuts and customers drinks being made.
