Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever visited. My mom and I went On a slow afternoon on a Sunday and there were only 2 girls working. there was only 1 register and they were only accommodating the drive through customers. We were never greeted or helped. There were flies and the girls were so rude. We went to location 5610 on October 5th around 3:45pm DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. WERE THEY RACIST BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE? I could Not believe this experience
Awful location. They don’t even welcome you or acknowledge you. Sad sad place. They ignored me for 2-3 minutes before even trying to take my order.
Scam I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went through the drive-thru after seeing the promotion for medium cold drinks for $3 (clearly advertised outside until November 12). The employee who took my order even confirmed that all medium drinks were included in the promotion. Even though the tea is on tap my green tea looked and tasted like water. Also the woman at the drive thru was not pleasant. This used to be my favorite Dunkin.
The manager at this store needs to be fired. I spend way too much money at dunkin' donuts to be served burnt coffee, cashiers Gen z stare, and have blasting hip hop music behind the counter. Totally unprofessional.
