Don’t waste your time and money at this location…. Had the worst coffee so far… paid 100% and got 60% filled cup of coffee with just normal hot milk… useless…!
Its 3am. And is a 24 hour dunking donut. I ordered a coffee on the menu touch screen. Waited for some to come out to make my order. And no one came out. Call out someone to see if they are in back of store to come out. Still no answer. I couldn't even get my money back because no one came out. Very irresponsible running business.
This location is supposed to be open 24/7. I walked up to order coffee and was told by the person standing at the counter that they are closed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the kiosk to order. After waiting for the two staff members to finish their personal conversation, one of them looked at me and said, "Oh, we don't have any donuts." I told her the machine said they did and took my money. She then said, well you should have looked at the shelves. You can see there are no donuts." Pointed out I'm not responsible for their inventory control. Manager came out and basically said the same thing. I should have checked their shelv3s before ordering. No apolog... read more
