Awful. Received wrong size coffee (medium) and told that’s what I was charged for. I was charged for the large that I ordered. Called store. Voicemail. Called corporate during business hours. Unavailable.
Be careful here. We ordered for the drive up service. They forgot some of our food. No big deal. But!!! We reviewed the receipt to see if they charged us for the missing items . We were asked at the cashier window about tip. we declined tipping on card and gave a cash tip at 20%. The receipt also took a tip without out approval and at "30%"!!!! Not even a wait service . And doubled tipped themselves at 30%!!!??? It was handled by manager nicely. But all around that is outrageous.
Whoever was working the window at 9:17am on Monday August 21st was a delight! Young woman with brown hair. A look inside the window and it looked like a well oiled machine in there. Thanks :)
