Understaffed and no hustle, unacceptable for an airport location
Cancelled my order twice because I went to check my gate.
I travel through MacArthur often. This location is consistently understaffed…..or they don’t understand how to prioritize. Today it took standing in line for 25 minutes to get a black coffee. When I got on line there were about 8 customers ahead of me. This is the last time I use this location.
Cashier was rude, got the entire order wrong, then when they put it in correctly the sandwiches still came out wrong
