Early morning flight. Paid a pretty penny for two Lattes and not even Hot...so disappointing
These two girls working today, 5/23/26 could not be any slower and ill-equipped to manage a line. Cmon Dunkin, DO BETTER. 2 girls taking the orders and then leaving the register to make their orders… and one guy SOLELY working in the back even when orders are not being filled for hot food. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when travelers are expecting prompt SERVICE.
They couldn’t possible move any slower . Dunkin’ Donuts corporate needs to step in.
This used to be a starbucks, stand in line 30 minutes for water, cashier not happy to be there, what choice do you have in the airport, want my $6 back, miss my skyclub membership not here, horrible service, sign says no hot foods, i want a refund
