Order in advance and it's never ready on time and half the time it's wrong. I keep trying and I keep getting stuck waiting.
Worst customer service ever
Remember that one time I ordered 3 simple items on the Dunkin menu, and all 3 were prepared incorrectly? Look, I know it may seem like a “first-world problem”, but at this point, I can’t NOT write a review. It’s my duty to warn others of the lack of training/caring about simple customer service. While my expectations are never all that high, it’s to be expected from a place that gets 16% positive readings.
