I will not be going back to this establishment. I frequent this dunkin for months every morning since I live close by, but recently had a bad encounter with an employee there who must've had a "bad morning" and didn't wanna be there. Also, there are many homeless men that hang around at the very end of the drive thru line begging for money, it is very uncomfortable.
I always come here. But today was enough. It’s not the first time. I got spoiled milk on my ice coffee. And my bacon egg and cheese wrap wasn’t warm at all. Felt always as if they don’t care. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
Amazing morning team!! Super kind and attentive staff! They were so helpful when I forgot my donuts and made the whole experience really pleasant. Definitely appreciate the kindness!
