Food and service is almost always terrible. They always get my order wrong ((example; I order an iced coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 cream and get 2 Splenda and 1 cream. another example I order a sausage egg and cheese and receive only the bread and an egg)) and they have forgotten my orders a few times, complete waste of my time and I have to re-order again.
They took almost HALF AN HOUR to make me my CHICKEN CROSSIANT. Then they told us to go up to the last Window where we waited EVEN MORE. Im pretty sure they forgot I was there because they were attending everyone else. Horrible service. Ive been going here for years and have never experienced such ignorance.
