I can’t believe they charge for water even with purchase
Used to be a great place to go but lately there is a super rude woman working that has a problem with being respectful and professional to customers as well as her fellow employees. It makes it pretty uncomfortable for everyone. No manager talk to apparently? I find that hard to believe.
While it's a busy location the hot food such as the egg & cheese sandwich is ice cold on dine in please heat the food thoroughly! No one wants cold food
My friend and I get dunkin every friday at work (its our tradition now) and this is our go to dunkin. The food and drinks are always good and they’re super nice here. Veronica helped me today and she greeted me and helped me because my hands were full. The other manager, I never caught her name but she speaks Spanish mostly, is also very kind.
