Went through the drive thru to pick up after ordering online. The guy had my drink but didn't know what I ordered then asked if I order donuts while handing me some. I told him I ordered one but not these l, they had sprinkles but I ordered a pumpkin donut. He let me keep them(threw them away) and then stated they're not doing cooked food so did I want more donuts. I said no I just need a refund. Stopped going to this Dunkin’ Donuts all together because although I order the same drink everyday it always tasted different and 98% of the time it was so creamy it didn’t even taste like coffee.
Two out of the three things we ordered were out
Only one person making all order on drive thru and walk up. 2 other employees were kind of cleaning? They would not help the girl on the register even when she would ask for help
Very long waiting time. Food was delicious.
