The food was very good, compared to other Dunkins, I prefer this one. The service was awesome and the people working were very nice. The atmosphere was nice and calm. I would definitely go back
The quality of the drinks and food are the worst I have ever had compared to any Dunkin location. Don’t bother having anything corrected or order again just customize the drink so you would like it better because the customer service is just as bad. The workers are very dismissive and rude, please get new ownership or new management
Took my 2 Grandaughters for a breakfast treat.
Had an poor customer service interaction with a mobile order. A pepsi zero was orders in addition to a larger order. Upon arrival, a diet pepsi was substituted for the pepsi zero, requested swapping to a normal pepsi but the worker denied being able to swap. This is confusing, if the site doesn't have pepsi zero why would they just swap it for diet, they are not the same.
Took my grandchildren. Hot chocolate, munchkins, and toasted rasin bagel were good
