I've been going to Dunkin' regularly for maybe 15 years and have had good and bad experiences (of course it's going to vary by location), but this was the first bad experience I felt was worth reviewing. Bagel was stale, cream cheese was globbed on and somehow totally melted even though I opened it immediately, and my simple iced coffee (flavor + milk) was awful. The guy handing me my stuff didn't say a single word to me. Just do better....
Rudest window staff. My coffee was wrong and instead of making it right he just closed the window. Done with this place!
Dunkin Donuts is so disappointing compared to what it used to be. This location like many in the area, has an extreme language barrier and the staff act like it's your fault. I constantly have to repeat my order at this location and still it's frequently wrong. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and received a completely different breakfast wake up wrap. What’s the point of rushing everyone through their order at the drive through if you CONSISTENTLY get 35% of the order wrong EVERYTIME!
