Visited this establishment yesterday and was caught off guard by how rude the girl working the drive thru window was around 3:45 pm. I repeated my order because she read it back wrong and when I did she said “I KNOW” and when I got to the window my order was in fact incorrect. Not only did I wait in line for 10 minutes behind one single vehicle, she then had me sit at the window for another ~7 minutes while she made other drinks and purposely ignored me sitting there waiting on the food she had forgotten to give me.
