Ordered a iced coffee and when i asked about it being wrong i was told its my order, they gave me a frozen cappuccino, 2nd time coffee isnt good and 1st it isnt my order. Not sure what going on but was always such a great spot for coffee :/
Been coming to this location multiple times a week for many years and after the last 2 visits met with nasty attitudes, the wrong orders and forgotten items and shitty responses to asking them to be corrected, I will not be going back. We used to go all the time and the staff was so friendly and everything was always perfect, and in the off chance there was an error, it was fixed quickly and with a good attitude. This new staff has ruined it.
Kills me to write this because I normally have an excellent experience at this location. But today I was greeted with a bad attitude at the drive thru. Mumbling and eye rolls, and no response to any “thank you”s. My mobile order was not the drink I ordered. At first, I thought they upgraded my medium to a large, but I later discovered another drive thru orders sticker underneath my mobile one, from an hour before. I’m a little grossed out and disappointed today, but the coffee tasted good.
I have been coming to this Dunkin for years and loved the service and friendly staff. This has changed significantly. No friendly faces and no thank you’s or have a nice day. Simple things that I would drive past another Dunkin to go to this site because of the people. Nema is still there and some others in a very much diminished role. What happened to my Dunkin??!! Why the staff change?? I can overlook the attitude in the drive thru but when I get my drink wrong 2 times in a row…it’s not brain surgery but it’s my $5 so I’m going somewhere else…it’s not worth it!
