Normal DD. A little slow but it was crowded.
Katie makes my drinks a 10/10 every single time. Great customer service and wonderful people at this Dunkin location.
Very disappointed with the service. The employee had an attitude while I was ordering and told me to pull up to the window before I was even finished. My food was made very sloppy, and when I asked about it, she refused to remake it and said there was no manger which was no help she still can call her manager. The customer service was unprofessional and showed no care at all. Management really needs to pay more attention to who they hire and how employees treat customers.
Ordered a iced coffee and when i asked about it being wrong i was told its my order, they gave me a frozen cappuccino, 2nd time coffee isnt good and 1st it isnt my order. Not sure what going on but was always such a great spot for coffee :/
Been coming to this location multiple times a week for many years and after the last 2 visits met with nasty attitudes, the wrong orders and forgotten items and shitty responses to asking them to be corrected, I will not be going back. We used to go all the time and the staff was so friendly and everything was always perfect, and in the off chance there was an error, it was fixed quickly and with a good attitude. This new staff has ruined it.
