This location all deoends on the staff. Some days rhey have excellent staff that knows your name. Other days there is a line wrapping around the store. People regularly leave the line and give up because its so slow and it takes over 30 mins to get a coffee. If you order food in the app they make it ASAP so 30 mins later you get a watered down coffee and ice cold food.
Edit: they must have seen the bad reviews, because I popped by the other day and the service was great. The young woman on drive through was so friendly, had great manners, and everything was perfect. I’ll hold out some hope. This Dunkin has gone downhill fast. So sad because it used to be efficient and my favorite Dunkin in the area. Hope the managers can restructure, train their staff, or just hire another crew :(
