Ordered some donuts the other day for my daughter and both donuts were upside down like they were just thrown in there. The icing was on the bag and I asked if my daughter was okay with less icing and she said yeah otherwise I would've pulled around. I've also gotten some wakeup wraps and it's like the machine doesn't get cleaned because I've gotten black stuff on the wraps from other food particles in there, like burnt leftovers. The nice young lady manager was very sweet and took her time with my order making sure I got it right going in there to order my grand daughters coffee for work thank you for your time Hailey you were very kind coffee was nice and hot and donut very sweet and soft
I always use the drive-thru and go there for my frozen coffees. Butter-Pecan is my flavor right now and during the fall it's always Pumpkin Spice!! Service depends on who's at the window and what time it is. If it's close to closing time, some of them can be rude right from the menu board where you order letting you know(and not politely)that you have 5 min. before they close, even if it's still 20 min. before closing. When that happens, I usually just drive off and go to the other Dunkin on Griffin or just go to Starbucks. ... read more
