I came here to pick up a dunkin order on July 15th at 11:46 am… Gesh no greeting or welcome to “Dunkin” even after I said Goodmorning! There is no customer service here. The big Spanish or Arab guy didn’t seal the bag for the order. Everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there. It was horrible experience…
I'm giving 3 stars bc my order was swapped this morning. I was given the bagel minis instead of the large bagel. I am glad that it was not given to someone else like a child bc the mini bagels were "piping" HOT. Whoever warmed them up put them in the microwave to long as the moment it touched my lips I could feel the middle of my lips start to swell with a blister.
