This is one of THE WORST Dunkin's I've been too. The customer service is horrible and it shows in the food and drinks they serve. You can tell that most of them are there for just the paycheck. What makes it worst is the old manager that they have as a role model and no its not because she's old but she's RUDE as hell. I tell her I don't like my loaded hash browns because they were cold and that I would like a refund and she says that she cant do a refund she can swap it out.
