This location gets my order right about 50% of the time, and the consistency of quality and taste is super random. My coffee tastes different every time, and my food is wrong not as often, but about 20% of the time. The review is taking place because on certain days, they have crews working together who don't care and are incompetent. The wait times are ridiculous. Their care and priority are nonexistent
Automation is not for everybody Dunkin' Donuts you should be able to go in order your coffee get your donuts and get out 20 minutes with me and one other woman in there who had already paid for her order no greeting from the staff when you walk in no Smiles ignoring you while you're standing there at the kiosk trying to put in your order don't have everything on the kiosk to order from nobody says you don't have to order from the kiosk and you've got five people in their very unfriendly store love going to the store normally... read more
Good luck getting your mobile order right from here. My sandwich has been wrong 7 times from here and I should’ve stopped but it’s convenient for me on my way to work. Got a burnt bagel instead of an English muffin for my sandwich. When I mentioned it, the guy said “We’re out of English muffins”. So they weren’t even going to tell me what I ordered wasn’t available, just hand it to me and not care like I assume they’ve done every single other time. Don’t go here. Keep driving.
