I don’t know what chamged but the Dunkin' team are so on top of it lately. I like to do mobile orders a couple times a month and it’s always ready and just how I ordered it. 10/10 would recommend
Ordered an Egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and only received bagel. Asked for a shaken espresso and got a latte.. most of order was incorrect and I didn't know until I was already home. Will not be returning to this location
What's up with the service at Dunkin'? This is the second location I've stopped by (in the last few weeks), where the person taking my order is just off-putting. I have no desire to order from someone who behaves like I'm bothering them. All I wanted was a coffee and small box of munchkins. Is it that difficult to take a simple order and serve it with kindness? Oh, and apparently is a 10 count of mixed munchkins. 09/01/2025 @ 11:33
