Got my order wrong. Was charged for a food item that wasn’t in stock. No refund or anything to fix the issue. Never going to a Dunkin’ Donut ever again. This is the second time I have had issues at this store and it’s just not worth the headache anymore. The store associates don’t even seem to care about their job.
Got my order wrong - didn't bother fixing it and had an incredibly aloof attitude. If this is the attitude you treat your customers with, might as well never come to Dunkins ever.
Great location & workers here are very nice! Jillian hooked up our order thank u! Would recommend this location!
