Coffee is always weak. Prices have increased.
Nice store, service is very poor. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged by 4 people with no customers. Next customer walks in and they are promptly greeted. 10 minutes later I get my order.
Poor customer service, youth needs training before serving the public.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. I ordered the $6 meal deal with an iced coffee that was supposed to come with sweet cream cold foam. When I arrived, my drink had no cold foam at all. I brought it to the manager, who said her name was Nancy, and she took the drink back and added only a very small amount of foam — nowhere near what the drink is supposed to have.
