Manager is so rude she does not listen, she is always yelling at her employees, when she makes a mistake and she handed another customer my drink, and then gave it to me, hands all over my lid I’m disgusted with the service here
I placed a decent size order with uber eats, (60 donuts) (6 coffee cartons) enough to supply 60 guests, which this order was Placed way in advance in the morning, to be delivered 5pm. THEY CAN NOT HANDLE BASIC ORDERS. THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT UNQUALIFIED TO SERVE. I WILL NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THIS ORDER WAS FOR A FUNERAL EVENT TO ACCOMMODATE THE MOURNING FAMILY. UNACCEPTABLE
only got half the donuts I ordered, the wrong kind of hash browns and an employee who told me that’s what I ordered. The same employee was offering me trades with donut holes for my missing donuts, rather than a refund. do not eat Dunkin at Sugar Hill
Service was slow but, donuts were fresh their was miscommunication with the beverage orders.
