me and my friend went to go try out the new dunkin menu, we had to wait over 20 minutes to order many people had to leave because nobody was at the register so nobody was getting served. finally a woman came to the register and we ordered a drink and she didn’t even know if they had the items to make it, which they ended up not having it. we then were gonna ask for another drink but mid order she just left, we waited probally another 20 minutes hoping she would come back which she didn’t so we ended up leaving. worst service... read more
Good location and good experience
There aren't many people when I go there in morning around 8:30-9am. They always get my order right.
This is easily the worst location. They’re constantly out of basic items, even early in the day. Some employees clearly doesn’t want to be there. A couple of people are decent, but the newer staff seem completely clueless. The only reason I still come here is because it’s close to my house. This place used to be good — no idea what happened. The manager or owner needs to show up more often and see how bad it’s gotten.
Honestly, it's best to avoid this location if you can. Even on a slow regular traffic day, I had to wait over twenty min for an order of hash browns. I'll admit I was too patient here, I thought maybe they're just busy with drive thru orders so I waited patiently, but when I asked for my food again they acted as if they didn't have my order. I left without getting my hash browns because I couldn't imagine having to wait any longer. All around poor service.
