Honestly, it's best to avoid this location if you can. Even on a slow regular traffic day, I had to wait over twenty min for an order of hash browns. I'll admit I was too patient here, I thought maybe they're just busy with drive thru orders so I waited patiently, but when I asked for my food again they acted as if they didn't have my order. I left without getting my hash browns because I couldn't imagine having to wait any longer. All around poor service.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the early morning service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The drive-thru advertises that it opens at 5:00 a.m.; however, when I arrive around 5:30 a.m., there is consistently nothing prepared. There are usually no coffees available that include espresso, and no food items ready for purchase. This defeats the purpose of offering early morning service, especially for customers who are on their way to work and rely on quick and efficient service. This Dunkin used to be good. The staff were nice and welcoming back then, and most of the employees are fine, except Sandra. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and my food was gone. When I asked her what happened, she went on a rant and talked down to me like I was stupid for not picking it up sooner. I cannot control other customers taking my food when I am not even in the store. Another time I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to get my food even though the Dunkin was not busy at all.
