The staff there are unprofessional; they openly display their fatigue and frustration and lack the patience to listen to your order. You ask for one thing and get something else, and the coffee is terrible—basically just water. Next time, I’m going back to Dunkin' Donuts; this isn't the first time this has happened.
When you have employees yelling at customers over a simple drink correction, it's time to hire new staff, just saying 🤷♀
The man named Marvin is super funny and very nice 10/10 I hope to see him each time I visit expect to see me soon
i went to this location last sunday and got a drink and some food. it came out delicious, and one of the baristas (his name was marvin) was really great and helpful :) definitely brought a cheerful energy and overall the place had a very calm atmosphere, so definitely a pleasant experience! would for sure go again
