Workers are very friendly, had a great experience with a barista named Marvin, great customer service and just very dedicated to the job, definitely best Dunkin's I've been too!

I have to say this is one of the worse dunks in the chelsea/everett/Revere area. All staff are rude and unprofessional. Coffees and food are always made wrong. Staff needs a training on customer service👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 UPDATE: Customer service has improved, there is a staff member Jason, I even told him personally that when he's there making the coffees I know it will be good :)
