The staff are amazing and very personable! My fiancé said the biscoff milkshake was the best milkshake she has ever had. The AC seemed to be turned off but besides the warm interior, the experience was great
Had an issue with an order and was given zero customer service.
The Mexican/Indian lady took my food from me and said that I didn’t pay for it when I did even the cashier said that I did but she still didn’t give me my food back for like 10 more minutes she was being really racist and making me feel embarrassed she should be fired.
This location is the best!! The staff are always so polite and courteous when I come through the drive-through. Which makes a huge difference when you’re coming off of work. There are others closer to my home, but I refuse to go to them because this one gives the best Customer Service.
