I guess it's fairly new and still trying to get it's services in order. It wasn't busy while I was there, but they were having a problem with 2 drive through orders and 2 lobby guests. There was a program with their cash register system in the lobby and while the girl up front offered to ring us up on the drive through register, the lady operating the drive through said no lol... Gave me more ice as i asked for less ice🤣
I have gone to this Dunkin on my way to work for several months. Initially it was great. Super fast, good and hot food. But for the last two months or so it’s been terrible. The food and drinks are always lukewarm. When I’ve called to inform them I’m given no apology, no explanation just “come get a refund”. I definitely won’t be going back.
