They’re currently very low staffed and are very slow during their traffic times. They need more people. Don’t go if they’re busy you will be there more than 20 minutes even if it’s just 3 people in front of you.

04/10 Friday 1pm an older lady with piercing all over her face who didn’t represent herself well had a really nasty attitude. They should talk to her about customer service. Surprising at her age... I got a medium ordering a large and thought I got charged for a large forgetting they charge $1 more tax on base for the drink. Was the end of the world to her I double checked since this Dunkin tends to mess up orders a few times.
Half of my drink was foam. I was told that's how they look.
