Couple times the food has been cold when I got it but the coffee is usually good
Most rude service ever! Any changes you make to the order will piss them off and takes forever to deliver . They will yell at you if you ask for status of the order
I have ordered from the drive thru almost every morning @6am for the last month, almost more than half my orders for food have been wrong. I’ve received multiple bacon, egg, and cheese bagels that the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’ve received numerous bagels that were either not toasted or toasted but missing the butter I asked for. I should have learned my lesson the third time it happened. Don’t rely on this place for breakfast, you’ll go hungry the rest of the morning.
Extremely slow service. We were on number 8th and 3 car behind us left. And it’s not just today, happens almost every day. Certainly has to get more people working in there coz we always see them overwhelmed and that reflects on our food. The burnt bacon for example. The staff in there is surely trying their best.
Do you like coffee that is just ok? Do you have an extra 20 mins to wait in line? This poorly run Dunkin could be your new favorite place!
