Barely speak english messed up my order and forgot to give me a donut….
Somehow no matter if you go first thing in the morning, mid morning, afternoon - there is an extremely high chance they WON'T HAVE DONUTS! I truly do not understand a Dunkin DONUTS, not having donuts. Do not recommend this location at all
The staff barely understands English, so mistakes are common. Service is also extremely slow. For some reason, the avocado toast with bacon always has much less bacon than at other Dunkin locations.
Staff has no experience, no training, can not understand the order. Please take time to train your staff before to avoid multiple order replacements . Not all customers wait for you to make it again and again !!!
No donuts at this place ever I’m talking it’s empty and they aren’t ever busy so I’m confused. Also they’re very rude
