There was only one hardworking woman managing the cashier and the online orders that kept popping up, she handled everything well but she should not be the only one on duty taking care of the entire store. But she did my latte perfectly!!!
Understaffed and incompetent. It should not take 20 mins to get one order. I saw so many similar orders given after mine completed before mine and when I finally got my order it was incorrect. The manager saw what happened and did not even say sorry.
The older lady who works there, she is extremely hard working and kind
