waited around 15 minutes and was the only one in the store the staff just stared at me and didn’t offer any help When he finally came over everything I asked for was unavailable
go to starbucks lol this is the slowest dunkin i have ever been to. visited here multiple times bc sometimes you just want a dunkin coffee. did a mobile order and waited over 10 minutes for a coffee and food. the last items were the coffee and munchkins to which when we said we were still waiting for the munchkins, they said they didn’t have any. extremely poor service and the coffee was also horrible.
I’ve been coming to this location many years and for me to write a bad review takes a lot. This location has gone through at least 1,000 employees and it’s never been this bad. The coffee is always made inconsistent. I’ve always try to avoid this location because of it. On top of it all the people that work at the register have no idea what customer service is. I went to this place they are rude my order was wrong wil. Never go there again also my donut was upside down in the bag
