More than 25 minutes to wait a cup of coffe even when the place is empty just 1 person doing everything sucks!
I’ve always loved Dunkin' for great coffee at a good price, but this branch was a total disappointment. While the coffee itself is still good, the service and quality control are terrible. I asked the employee for a cup holder because my coffee felt unstable, but she dismissively said they didn't have any. Seconds later, the lid popped off and spilled hot coffee, burning my hand.
