SLOW. The owner is wiping tables while the line is out the door. If I want slow I will go to starbucks
They open at 4:30 but keep the doors closed until 5:00.
One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Tried to give many chances but I'm done now. In my last order, I told him I didn't want much ice but still they put it.on top of that, the employee wasn't using gloves. I wish I had asked for a refund. But one thing is for sure I'm not going back to this location and everything.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The coffee is always watery and when I went in the other day the employee was on his phone (fine, it was empty). He was also wearing headphones I’m sure because he somehow misheard me asking for ONE brown sugar shaken espresso with whole milk for TWO of them. When I said I asked for one he said “oh well I charged you for two” ??? It wasn’t even made correctly and tasted like a normal iced coffee. Making a note not to spend money here again. The employees didn't even want to be there.
