On September 6, 2026, I purchased Mountain Dew drinks from this store during two separate visits. I later discovered that all of them were past their Best Before date of August 31, 2026. I informed an employee at the store, who immediately contacted the manager and removed the expired stock from the shelves. However, I still have several expired Mountain Dew drinks that I purchased earlier that morning, and I now have to make another trip to the store to return them. This is unacceptable. I used to really like this Dunkin’. The service was good, the drinks were made well, and everything was usually fine. But recently, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered two drinks: a matcha and an iced coffee. There were only about three customers inside, but the drinks still took a very long time. There were around four or five employees in the kitchen, yet my drinks took about 15–20 minutes to make. The employees were also very rude.
