If i could give this place 0 stars I would! How hard is it to follow instructions! I don't care if your busy I pay for 10 pumps of Carmel and that's what I want! I tried 3 times all 3 times they managed to mess it up! Save your money wait to find another dunkin or go to seven brew because this place is ridiculous!
Received a side of mold with my refresher. I drank some of it before noticing and became incredibly nauseous. I called and they refused to give me a refund. This place is absolutely disgusting.
i will start it out by saying i did accidentally order at the wrong location and it was figured out at the end by ME.. and that my order was at lincoln way west.. but when i pulled up to the drive thru and said i had a mobile pickup the lady told me okay and to pull around. she gives me a drink that isn’t mine.. i tell her that it wasn’t my drink, she tells me yes it is my drink. i’m dumbfounded because it’s the wrong size, i turn it around and it’s a different spelling of shyanne (cheyenne) so again.. i say i’m sorry and th... read more
