Love their customer service, store is nice and clean, food is amazing.
Ordered an iced coffee and a bag of ground on the app. Paid in advance. When I got to the window, they gave me my coffee , told me they had no ground and too bad. I demanded a refund for the product I paid for and the staff refused to give me a refund for a product I bought and paid for and they didn't have. Staff was rude and thought it hilarious that I'm out $10 and no ground coffee. I would never patronize this franchise again- ever.
Ja’nae was very ignorant and rude when I had to repeat my order at least 5 times at the speaker then I get to the window cash out for my free coffee on the app and they pull me to the second window where I was waiting at least 5 minutes for a large ice coffee. Then she proceeded to hand me my coffee and I told her it was supposed to have whip cream on it . She literally argued with me that I didn’t say that! that she took my order and I didn’t say whip cream and then I said I swore to god and she said don’t be lying on god .... read more
