This is the best Dunkin' I've been to in Rhode Island. The girls behind the counter are sharp and efficient.
Extremely slow service and RUUUUDE!!! Not sure who raised the female who was answering the drive thru window then when my coffee was given to my it was just ice and milk….. mind you I ordered an ice shaken espresso and she told my husband it was a latte … I’m sorry if you don’t care about coffee or know how to make it don’t work at a coffee shop
On 8/8 @8:11am, I ordered a large caramel ice latte and requested very less milk more ice. They gave me wrong order and I requested to fix my order the lady manager come out and gave me attitude and still gave me wrong order. I repeat multiple time how I like my order. They still make it wrong. I am very disappointed. DDonut is my favorite for more than 15years. This is the worse place I ever go. Especially the manager is very bad customer service.
I want to preface with the fact that *I have never given a 1 star review* Went to this Dunkin’ donuts location today (07/31) around ~0609 while visiting Newport for school. I was looking forward to my first DD experience, but Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment from both the customer service and taste aspect. I just want to give a quick shout out to the team there. I drive for Uber Eats, and today I walked into a huge rush. I wish I would have saw one of the (younger) girls names, along with probably what was the manager or shift leader. You both have amazing patience.
