It is really hard to work at a Dunkin or any other kind of coffee shop. Customers, including me, can be certified PITAs. There are a lot of areas where improvements can be added to the Dunkin app side to assist the storefront. This is so bad the food is over cooked and they don’t listen to what I said, and gave me the wiring things and I pay extra, the attention is very bad they are always in a bad mod don’t go there!
I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts to order a large Sangria Refresher with sparkling water, along with four shots of Berry Burst energy. I understand that this specific customization may not be directly entered through the POS system, so I offered to pay the price difference by being charged for an extra cup or a munchkin.
