Sadly lately I've been disappointed with how the food has been being handled lately.... Spend $40 get wrong sandwiches multiple times... sandwiches have hardly been toasted anymore.... The former guy they had on sandwiches was Stier :( I miss that guy.... I get the girls are "trying" but they honestly dont care enough to make it with at least some sort of passion... no passion means the food tastes horrible 😞
This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to quite a lot. The service was terrible. First of all they didn’t even know what a chocolate cream doughnut was second of all my coffee cooler and my cappuccino was straight up just milk. What a disgusting place. I would never come here again. There are lots of other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, please pick somewhere else.
I ordered the black cherry refresher and it was terrible and when I ordered it in other locations it was good and this time it was terrible it tasted like chlorine
It is really hard to work at a Dunkin or any other kind of coffee shop. Customers, including me, can be certified PITAs. There are a lot of areas where improvements can be added to the Dunkin app side to assist the storefront. It was after 6 PM, and I ordered a box of munchkins through the app, I arrived at the Dunks ready to pick it up, I was told by an employee that they didn't have any munchkins, and I would have to go through the app to request a refund.
